    Even after I enlarged it, I wasn't sure what message the artist was trying to convey, but I love that it is public art and not graffiti. It's beautiful, too.

      i'm not sure it has a message. i see more and more public murals around here the last several years. i don't know how long this one has been here or who the artist is.
