The Old Lady And The Pigeons is an award-winning 1997 short film about a starving policeman who disguises himself as a pigeon so the woman at the park will feed him. Sylvain Chomet is the director, and his films are always worth looking for.



Rotten Tomatoes has an audience rating of 90%.

  5. Now this was truly weird ... but I did chuckle a couple of times. The Christmas dinner scene had me thinking & comparing a scene from a Blackadder Christmas Tale.

  9. Too unsettling for me to say I liked it. Weird, yes. Not a likable character in the lot--especially the policeman! Horrible man. LOL!
