I remember when Sunshine Park came to be. As I recall, it was offered as a buffer by the businessman who wanted to put in a car wash fronting on Southern at the end of this residential street. That business is on your right as you look at these pictures.
It is a pretty little green space, with a good mix of sun and shade- a well-kept residential lawn without the residence. I think it needs at least one bench to be a very usable park.
