Interesting, Bet one has to drink the tea clear without milk/cream or sweeteners to get the benefits. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteThat's how I take it anyway.
Delete...I'm not a tea drinker, am I doomed?
ReplyDeleteNope. I've heard picking the right parents is the real key ;)
DeleteWell, if one needed an excuse for a cuppa, that's a good one!
ReplyDeleteI'll stick to my coffee, I'm not worried if I die healthy or ill! Happy T Day, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI didn't know this yet, but I wouldn't mind if my risk of dementia was reduced. So I'm going to get myself a cup of tea! ☕
ReplyDeleteI now say goodbye and start my recently announced blog break 😘 - with one more “last posting before” and warm greetings 🙋 . Stay healthy - we 'll read again!
All the best, Traude

:-)) haaa
ReplyDelete... I ask for coffee...
Really a lovely tea cup and dish.
ReplyDeleteOh boy, I guess I'm doomed since I'm not a tea drinker at all. I like your cup and saucer.
ReplyDeleteI heard that about tea, too. Still will be drinking mostly coffee, though--lol!
ReplyDeleteMy sincere apologies for being so late for T this week. I scheduled two medical appointments I thought were for Wednesday, but turned out they were for Tuesday. Sadly, I either waited or sat with medical people all day long.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the article. I was delighted to read that tea leaves were included, because IL prefer them to tea bags. Thanks for sharing this informative article and your tea with us for T this week, dear Nita.
Sounds good to me! Happy T Day! Elle xx
