The Big Sky

The Big Sky (on Tubi) is a 1952 Western film directed by Howard Hawks and starring Kirk Douglas. It's a traditional Western, though talkier than some.

    Oh we love this movie. Nothing like a good old western. I'm not sure if we have this one in our collection or not. I will have to check. Have a great weekend.

    I know I watched this long ago when I was a kid on the afternoon matinee movies on TV. They'd have an entire month of westerns or old monster movies or musicals--whatever. I watched every one. I did find Kirk Douglas to be in exciting movies when he was young. :)
