Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is a 2018 fantasy film that takes place in the Harry Potter universe. If you are a Potter fan you can't resist this. If not, I'm not sure how much sense it would make to you.

  2. I haven't seen this one. But I have heard a lot about it. Harry Potter is a lot of fun and I do enjoy those films. And once again, books also!

    1. The books are better for the original. I probably won't read this one, but I might re-watch the movie :)

    1. I remember Yentl! I re-watched a couple of Clint Eastwood westerns last night, but I've already blogged them so won't do that again.

  4. I've seen both the Fantastic Beast films and will watch the rest but haven't enjoyed them as much as I did the Harry Potter books and films.

    1. I agree. The originals are better. Just more to them somehow.

  5. I've never read a Harry Potter book or seen a Harry Potter film. Guess it's not a universe for me to enter.

    1. I didn't really notice the political element. 2nd films are never as good as the first ones were :(

    2. That's true, higher expectations. Maybe that's all it was!

    3. Maybe, but it may just be they're coasting? Or trying too hard? lol It does seem to be common that the 2nd in a series is the low point.

    1. I didn't think I'd like these, but I did. Better late than never lol If the 3rd one ever comes out I'll watch it, but I'll probably not got to the theater to see it. We'll have to see...
