    Would this be considered graffiti? I hope not, because I think they are fun! And wasn't it great when you came across one downtown?

      Yes, sadly, this is graffiti. They are small, though, and aren't viewable from cars so as to cause a distraction while driving. I think they're fun :)

      It's because of the asphalt, I guess. Gives them a bumpy 3D quality.
