      They appear to be measurements, various numbers appear in sequence down the sidewalk, but I've no idea what the upper dots mean. The number may be "the answer", but the dots just provide more questions.

    I was in Italy earlier this summer and I stumbled upon a math equation on a wall. It's odd what people do and think.
