City Hunter (Netflix) is a 2024 live action adaptation of a Japanese manga series that was serialized in the manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1985 to 1991. IMDb says this: "An exceptional marksman and hopeless playboy, private eye Ryo Saeba reluctantly forms an alliance with his late partner's sister to investigate his death." This was fun, though a bit on the silly side.

Not much rewatchable but definitely fun once.
DeleteOriental movies,TV can be a real treat but completely bizarre.
ReplyDeleteNetflix suggests a lot of them to me since I watched a few K-Dramas early on. A lot of them seem to have supernatural elements, but not all. "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" is good, with the main character being a young autistic lawyer. My husband and I both enjoyed that one.
DeleteI liked Glory on Netflix
