Now the days wil slowly grow longer! Valerie
ReplyDeleteI relish each new bit of sun :)
Delete...I remember the three of them.
ReplyDeleteMe, too, oldies that they are :)
DeleteI've really enjoyed seeing your holiday decorations from years past. They made me smile. And lucky you to have an outdoor solstice fire. It would be too cold here. I had the woodstove going all day if that counts-smile. It's only 16 degrees here right now-brrrrrr. If I don't get by tomorrow, have a wonderful holiday Nita.
ReplyDeleteOh, it counts, definitely. We didn't stay with it long, but we wanted to do it anyway.
DeleteYou house is beautifully decorated. I love the Solstice fire. Too cold to sit outside up here. Our high and low for Thursday was in the low 30s π₯ΆIs it July, yet?
ReplyDeleteOur highs are in the 60s, but even so we made a small fire and didn't stay outside long.
DeleteI've never heard of this film - it probably wasn't as famous as the "classic" westerns with the "evil, dangerous" Indians... :-( Thanks for introducing the movie!
ReplyDeleteNice, your Christmas cushion collection!
I wish you and everyone you love a wonderful Christmas ⛄ππ―️ and a happy new year ππ!
All the best, Traude

It was new to me, too :)
DeleteOh Gosh! All the pillows bring back the era gone by, for sure. All you have shared with us are such sentimental treasures. You must feel surrounded by love and memories. Have a happy Christmas!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to have these remembrances :)
DeleteHow sweet to have a fire!
ReplyDeleteWe didn't really embrace the solstice. We're just keeping our heads afloat.
I need to welcome the sunshine back every year.
