I'll be having espresso in this sweet cup The Daughter gave me. Please post your own drink reference and join us at the T Stands for Tuesday blogger gathering.
This is our Advent calendar, made for us by Mother when the kids were little:
various and assorted miscellany
Beautiful setting that you have. The cup with lid is gorgeous & that poinsettia place mat is so festive.
ReplyDelete...The Guardian article is a wonderful look at how artists have viewed Christmas through time. ☃️ 🎄 ❄️ 🎅🏼
ReplyDeleteThat collection of holiday art is gorgeous. I especially liked the peaceful winter scenes. That really is a beautiful cup, and it looks very regal on the poinsettia table runner. And festive too. I must say I just love that hand made advent calendar you shared too. Your mom was really talented and you must cherish those long loved items. Have a great T day Nita.
ReplyDeleteThat's a very pretty cup, and I love that you are still using the advent calendar. Happy T Day! Elle xx
ReplyDeleteWow, what an amazing little cup and such a beautiful gift from your daughter ☺️. Loving your advent calender too, it's full of nostalgia and a fun way to count down to Christmas. I hope you are keeping well and sorry I haven't been around, we've been visiting family and went to Prague for a few days, it was very Christmasy and we had an amazing time. Wishing you joy and happiness, Merry Christmas! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteYour advent calendar is adorable.. i totally want to make one for the Grandlittles... Happy T day! Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteI am loving that cup holder. It is regal. The advent calendar is a real treasure. Have a nice day.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing your two family treasures that you use to celebrate Christmas. I wonder if that art collection is as recognizable to the average person as an ad featuring Santa Claus.

That is one fancy cup!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen an advent calendar like the one your mom made. That is so cool! :)
You have the prettiest collection of cups. So nice that you have so many decorations made by your mother. Happy T Day

Your daughter has good taste. This is a beautiful cup and lid. I was also enamored with the advent calendar your mother made. I really miss you, but have no energy to post or even visit daily. Thanks beyond belief for sharing your cup and advent calendar with us for T this Tuesday, dear Nita.
ReplyDeleteThis Advent calendar your mom sewed is adorable.
ReplyDeleteI like your cup and I also like to drink espresso from time to time, but never at home because I don't have a machine for it. I always look at the cups before I buy a coffee or expresso somewhere :-)))
It's a pleasure to drink from a beautiful cup.
A hug for you.
Your cup is gorgeous and I'm loving your advent calendar -- so special in many ways!
ReplyDeleteOh my, that mug is gorgeous! I love the Advent calendar. This month is going so quick! Belated Happy T Day, Chrisx
