A Single Life

A Single Life is a 2014 animated short film. And I do mean short.

  1. I am not sure what to say ... maybe a reminder that life is short.

Good luck today, maybe the Beatles' song "You say hello, I say goodbye" might be appropriate. Prayers for smooth, responsible pass over of power. We can only hope.

    1. It's too late for a smooth, responsible transfer of power. Trump has taken that assumption of our democratic norms from us. Yet again :(

    1. It does fly by. Best not to try to skip ahead. Or back either, for that matter.

  3. ...we only get one shot, this isn't a dress rehearsal.

  4. It reminds me how short life truly IS. One day you are going to kindergarten and the next you are planning your retirement.

  5. I liked this, but too bad she didn't make it to record before it reached the end. I guess we might all think that when the time come.

  6. Silly. Loved the urn cover rattling at the end. Life is short, that's for sure. ;)

    1. Nope, I think that first little spin would've convinced me to break that disk into tiny little pieces lol

    1. Isn't it, though, and people seem to either want to live fondly in the past or anticipate the future.
