Salem's Lot is a 2-part miniseries adaptation of the Stephen King novel. It features vampires and an old house with an evil reputation. David Soul stars. Also you get James Mason and Elisha Cook, Jr.

DeleteI remember watching this when it first came out. It had a completely different feel than the book.

DeleteI think we own just about every book by S.K. and many of his movies. This one included. A great story.
ReplyDeleteI generally enjoy his books, and I've enjoyed some of the movies based on them. They do sometimes veer wildly away from the plots in the books lol

DeleteStephen King novels scare me except for Shawshank Redemption, which was the most amazing movie with Morgan Freeman & Tim Robbins.
