Your Christmas decorations are wonderful and WOW, your tree looks absolutely amazing! There are so many Christmas ornaments per branch, it must be have taken ages to dress it so beautifully - I love it 😁. Merry Christmas! J 😊
It does take a few days, which is one reason I'd love to move to a smaller tree ;) My husband loves the big one, though, and since he's willing to take full part in this I'm going with it :)
OMGosh. I have tree envy. Even your table top trees are wonderful. I tried to leave one of my stuffed trees on the floor like you do (you gave me the idea last year), but the young hellion wanted to remove the stuffing, so I had to put it where he wasn't tempted. I used to have one of those plastic deer, but mine was Rudolph. Yours looks so cute next to Santa. You have a fabulous home. I'd LOVE to come visit!
My only pets are caged finches ;) I've added a few of the little trees over the years, which seems silly as I try to pare back on the decoration boxes lol. The plastic deer dates back before my time, but I'm not sure by how much. If you ever come back to Memphis, we'll hafta get together!
Love your decorations. I like Christmas decorations too and yours have a cool slightly retro vibe. Your tree looks beautiful. I also like the quilted tree and wreath too. Ho-Ho-Ho. It is that time of year, isn't it? Hugs-Erika
That retro look comes from using all those decorations from my childhood ;) My mother made the tree and wreath. Talented seamstress she was, and she did really enjoy the season and making decorations for it :)
your tree looks so pretty! I love the gingerbread boy ornament and the gingerbread girl pillow so much! those little elves are adorable. your home looks very festive and cozy:)
Thanks! That gingerbread ornament is part of a set I bought when I was a child, the pillow was a gift from a friend when I was in elementary school, and the elves were a gift from a maternal aunt in the mid-60s. They bring back such fond memories :) I've always favored the cozy, though those Victorian and more formal looks I see in other people's houses are soooo gorgeous!
Because this blog does not consist of a single focus topic I chose the name Divers and Sundry where "Divers" means being of many and various kinds, and "Sundry" means consisting of a haphazard assortment of different kinds.
