    1. Yes, it's a bad situation. Yoga helps me, but I'm still suffering from insomnia :(

  2. This short describes what people go through. It is excellent. I really like the part where she says, "It's exhausting." It truly is. We all have or do suffer from anxiety and depression. I can feel a panic attack coming and have some things I do to calm myself. I almost had one yesterday while waiting the 15 minutes after my covid vax. Too many people in one room and the thought that I might have a reaction. I had to go into survival mode. Ha... I made it out alive. Thank you for showing this film.

    1. I think more people are suffering from this now because of the isolation. I appreciated the Stephen King quote that started it off. I think it may be why I like horror films, where the horror is out _there_.

  3. Well, I have so many boxes and cases under my bed, there's no place for monsters! I've bookmarked it for later! Valerie

  5. Dreadful way to feel. Stressful just to watch for ten minutes. So sad.

  6. That film is moving. I know too many people with depression, which is sad.

    1. Between the stress and the depression and the anxiety, I don't know many who aren't affected.

  7. I think I need to see this one. It's been quite the year for mental health issues.

  8. I have had people tell me they have anxiety attacks, but it's hard to wrap my head around what they must be going through. This was an eye-opener.

    1. Anxiety is, I think, one of the reasons people are breaking out now at the first sign of progress. It's a shame but understandable :(

  9. Ah, the closet is where the monsters were when I was a child. Somehow under the bed never once occurred to me, thank goodness!

  10. I fear that's exactly what I am suffering from right now. It is worse when you are alone without human contact for such a long period of time.
