Juju Stories (Amazon Prime) is a three-part anthology film exploring juju (magical) stories rooted in Nigerian folklore and urban legend. Interesting as a look at a subculture not my own. It is well-reviewed by critics.

...I missed it.
ReplyDeleteMe, too. I just happened across it.
DeleteThat sounds interesting because I really don't know much about that culture. Happy June Nita!
ReplyDeleteHappy June!
DeleteThis week's line up had quite the variety. The Marvel movie looks pretty good, I think I have seen that one, and maybe Marlow. My problem is that I forget I watch something a week or two after I've seen it!
ReplyDeleteNow you know why I blog them lol else I can't remember whether or not I've seen them.
DeleteAdded this to my long watchlist. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe watchlist that never ends. I have those lol!
DeleteIf I had Prime, I'd probably put this one on my list.
ReplyDeleteWe like Prime (for the free shipping is how it started)
DeleteAmazon prime - I have access to that.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip.
I'll look inside.
Many greetings from Viola.
I wish you a wonderful month of June.
Today the first rose bloomed in my garden... a beautiful pink. I'm happy.
Hug
June roses, ah how sweet :) I don't have roses, but a nearby park has a rose garden. I should go there soon.
DeleteAnother film I never heard of! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteIt was new to me, too.
DeleteThat sounds and looks interesting!
ReplyDeleteAll the best, Traude
