Sorry I am late visiting. I've had company since Friday and they are now on their way back to CA. They show them on Saturdays on a local channel, but I never seem to remember it's 2 p.m. and time to watch them. It seems you have to keep up with what is going on because they appear to have arcs that continue for several episodes. The original ones were self contained and you didn't need to know what was going on five episodes back in order to be up to date.
Because this blog does not consist of a single focus topic I chose the name Divers and Sundry where "Divers" means being of many and various kinds, and "Sundry" means consisting of a haphazard assortment of different kinds.
...I love the period architecture.
ReplyDeleteThey do a good job.
DeleteI haven't watched these, but I think it's a book-at least originally. I've had that on my way too long book wish list. Happy Saturday.
ReplyDeleteI think the early seasons are better, but I like the series.
Delete42 and Tea!
ReplyDeleteikr?!
DeleteYou really have an eagle eye! I agree the earlier ones were better but I still watch every one. ;)
ReplyDeleteI keep an eye out for those 42s lol
DeleteThis looks good Valerie
ReplyDeleteWe like it.
DeleteWe used to watch these, but they were getting a bit silly, to my mind. They were historically accurate, and fun to watch in the first seasons.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't re-watched in a while, but now we skip the season that focuses on his wife.

ReplyDeleteIt's on Hulu and Acorn, I think. I never remember to watch over-the-air tv shows when they're on either.
DeleteI've got to catch up on those -- they're good!
ReplyDeleteWe like them :)
