    1. Yes, it's 17 here. We're not used to getting much weather like that.

  5. I've heard of this but I don't recognize the actual film at all. Let me chalk that up that up to my less than complete film background. Smile. Have a great start to your weekend!

    1. There are so many movies we'll none of us ever have complete film backgrounds. I just have good luck stumbling around ;)

  6. This one sounds good, but I don't think I ever saw it.

Movies: The Turn of the Screw (2009) - good (and two of the actors from Downton Abbey were in it)

    1. I hadn't seen it either and now have forgotten how I came across it. Thanks for this movie suggestion! I love the story and will look forward to seeing this.

  7. So many movies I saw as a kid on TV that I can't remember with accuracy but this sounds very familiar.
It's cold here, too. Three degrees at noon and expected to get down to -13F tonight. Lots of hungry birds for company--LOL!

    1. Oh, my! That's much colder than here, but that's only to be expected. I'm seeing a few birds that don't usually come but check us out when the temps plunge. We do enjoy our patios, don't we :)

    1. It's fun to find entertainment that doesn't feel like it has to have a message or moral.
