ReplyDeleteReading the first in the series would tell you if you'd like the others. I think the tv adaptation is well done even when it differs from the books.

DeleteI have a love - hate relationship with series. It's great when you find a series that you can depend on to give you a story you will enjoy but sucks when you can't find all the books or even find them in order.
ReplyDeleteOlder series are particularly bad that way. The internet makes it easier. I just ask for the next one for a birthday or Christmas present, and then my husband has the finding job lol
