    1. The first time I saw it I was in college and was 18 years old. I was used to the less overtly creepy and more romantic Bela Lugosi-style vampire in film. This was an eye-opener! Thx for the link. I enjoy making my blogger rounds, and links are always welcome :)

    1. I do hope you like it. I like some horror but not slashers or torture or child endangerment plots. Vampire movies are more what I tend towards.

  4. I saw this decades ago. Remember it as quite campy, but then I am not into horror movies and generally tend to find them more silly than scary. Funny, though--because of your posts I am shocked by how many horror movies I have actually seen--LOL!

    1. Watching the old movies requires a certain attitude. This one would be worth watching again, keeping in mind how important it was and still is to the horror genre. But, then again, if you don't care for horror I've got some spaghetti westerns I can recommend ;)

    1. It's held up remarkably well and is worthy viewing for its influence and style if for nothing else.
