The only title I recognize is Crime and Punishment which I read in college, but don't remember the story now.
ReplyDeleteThis one is an animated short less than 30 minutes long. It had been a while between the book and the film for me, and I think having a clearer memory of the book would've helped.
DeleteThe only title I recognize is Crime and Punishment, too. Have never read it. Can't remember if I've seen it as a movie, either. Just such a familiar title.
ReplyDeleteIt's a good book and worth reading, but long. It's been adapted many times: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_adaptations_of_Crime_and_Punishment
DeleteI know The Dybbuk and Crime and Punishment, but not the rest, although the Polish films are often really good. Valerie
ReplyDeleteI've enjoyed them when I've come across them. I wanted a list so I could better remember to look for them. Having it in my sidebar will be a good reminder, I hope.
DeleteI also read Crime and Punishment, but have not heard of the others. I do love shorts, though.
ReplyDeleteShorts are easier for me to watch, but some of those longer films are definitely worth the time they take.
