Fargo (Amazon Prime) is an award-winning 1996 black comedy crime film written, directed, produced and edited by Joel and Ethan Coen. Frances McDormand stars as Marge Gunderson, a pregnant Minnesota police chief investigating a triple homicide. William H. Macy and Steve Buscemi also star. I'd seen this before but couldn't resist re-watching when I came across it. Priceless. And Frances McDormand is an actor who never disappoints.

I haven't seen this in ages. Coen brothers never disappoint!
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to see what they come out with.

ReplyDeleteBrrr!!!
DeleteThis was a very funny movie. Oh, ya. Shure. You betcha.
ReplyDeleteYes lol You betcha!
DeleteOne of the few movies I have seen more than once. Saw it the first time at a movie theater in Fargo, ND. When the movie started and the big Fargo came on the screen the crowd cheered! I heard some people were upset with the characterizations being a bit overboard, but I absolutely loved it! After the movie we went shopping. Normally I would never have even noticed, but the clerk said "youbetcha" during the conversation--LOL! Love the movie!
ReplyDeleteIt made for a fun re-watch. I'd forgotten a lot of the details.
DeleteNot one I've seen ...
