trailer:
Spaghetti-Western opens a positive review with this: "The only 'official' sequel to Tessari's very popular A Pistol For Ringo, also starring Giuliano Gemma, this film is a loose re-telling of the ancient Greek story of The Odyssey."
My post on the first Ringo film is here.
...not the Ringo that I was expecting.
ReplyDeleteAh, my mind goes to the spaghetti western Ringo first lol
DeleteLove it! Only the Italians would add romance to a western ...ha, ha 😁. Happy fourth of July weekend 😀. Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteA good story never gets old ;)
DeleteI like spaghetti westerns. And if it continues to rain all day, we might need a movie to watch. So far we've watched the Jurassic Park series. Have a great July 4th Nita.
ReplyDeleteHappy 4th! We have sunshine, so our hamburger cookout is on! We'll be able to fit in something to watch, too, of course ;)
DeleteMight be fun for a rainy day
ReplyDeleteDefinitely!
DeleteAs you know by now, Westerns and spaghetti westerns are not my cup of tea! Have a great week, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI didn't used to like Westerns, I think because the airwaves were saturated with them when I was growing up. I've come to appreciate the movies, though.
DeleteIt was the perfect HOT July 4th here. Hope you enjoyed yours. That spaghetti western sounds like fun.
ReplyDeleteYes, very pleasant here, not as hot as normal for this time of year.
DeleteI'll probably pass on this one! Although the Odyssey connection is interesting!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it! I guess when you have a classic story you can adapt it to any genre.
