The Secret Adversary is the 1983 adaptation of an Agatha Christie's detective novel. It is the first episode in the Partners in Crime television series. I watched it on Britbox through Amazon Prime. It's great fun.

Tommy & Tuppence were two of my favourite Agatha characters ... I think I first read in high school while recovering from mono. Thanks for sharing this video.
ReplyDeleteI'd forgotten them if I ever knew, but I'm a fan now :)
DeleteI will check this out. Thanks and have a nice day.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy it.
DeleteI don't think I've heard of this one.
ReplyDeleteIt was new to me.
DeleteI loved all the Tommy and Tuppence books and wish she'd done more with these. I've actually seen this episode and have the other two in the series to watch. One thing is sure -- with Agatha, you know the plot is good!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of them. I'm sorely limited in my Agatha Christie. I need to look into more than Poirot and Miss Marple.
DeleteWatching this is a great way to spend a few hours 😁. Thanks for sharing and wishing you a lovely weekend! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you enjoyed it :)
DeleteI remember watching this years ago. Tommy and Tuppence. Yes, it was fun! Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteIt was fun, yes! :)
DeleteI had never heard of Tommy and Tuppence until now. I really want to check this out.
ReplyDeleteIt was new to me, too :)
DeleteForgot to mention that I can't wait to get Brit Box, which is what I asked for on my birthday. I wanted to wait until I was caught up on art, which may be until next month or so!
ReplyDeleteWe're enjoying BritBox. We tried Acorn, too, but let it go. We like BritBox better.
DeleteI think I would enjoy this, thank you.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
I hope you do :)
