We've Forgotten More Than We Ever Knew is a 2016 film I watched thinking it was a post-apocalyptic science fiction movie. It's not. It's unclassifiable. The IMDb says, "A Man and a Woman wander through a hostile wilderness in a far-away world. One day, they stumble upon a mysterious set of Structures, which will complicate their lives both for good and ill." I found it thought-provoking. You can watch it online here, or at TubiTV, or on Amazon Prime.

After traversing a hostile post-apocalyptic wilderness for many years, a pair of survivors encounters the ruins of a vanished society. What they discover will threaten their relationship, their memories, and their future.
So apparently it is a post-apocalyptic sci-fi film. I will try to watch it when I have time. Looks pretty strange and slow moving and B-movie like, though. Might be one I give up on--LOL! ;)
UMMM, maybe the Unforgivable curse is really the unforgivable lie. Aren't soap operas always counting on plots that to protect their loved one they don't tell them the truth but a lie to protect them. It is certainly weird.
Yes, this is certainly not a predictable film. It was an original concept, which is rare these days. Sometimes I think there aren't any new ideas lol I thought the setting was gorgeous.
Because this blog does not consist of a single focus topic I chose the name Divers and Sundry where "Divers" means being of many and various kinds, and "Sundry" means consisting of a haphazard assortment of different kinds.
Almost sounds like the end of Logan 7
ReplyDeleteI meant Logan's Run and he was Logan 5 Definitely time for that second cup of tea 😺
ReplyDeleteI knew what you meant lol I remember Logan's Run :)
Delete...that's an understatement!
ReplyDeleteSad :( What a mess!
DeleteI watched the first 12 minutes and couldn't get into it. I found it depressing and I don't need depressing right now.
ReplyDeleteDepressing is what we have in real life. Depressing entertainment might not be a good choice :(
DeleteThis sounds scary....Have a great day, Valerie
ReplyDeleteIt's not scary. I really did find it thought-provoking.
