...something that I should know more about.
ReplyDeleteSome of the scenes are important to common culture, I think, and some of the quotes are good to know.
DeleteGuess it's time to learn more about Shakespeare. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
ReplyDeleteAh, but Shakespeare is fun to watch ;)

DeleteI like Shakespeare, but not like this! Have a great day, Valerie
ReplyDeleteIt's a good basic intro, and some of those plays are sooo long lol
DeleteThis is one of my favorite Shakespeare plays. I added that video link to my blog.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to have found this series. I just wish I'd found it when the kids were young.
DeleteMacBeth is such a super play. I haven't watched any of these animated plays but I bet they would be great introduction to the story and would probably get lots of people into the Bard's plays. Have a super weekend.
ReplyDeleteThat play has _everything_! The shortened versions are good at including major plot points and all the quotes and soliloquies I want.
DeleteI love Shakespeare. Always have, always will. What a great way to introduce these classics to kids.
ReplyDeleteIt's a brilliant idea even for adults ;)
DeleteMacBeth was part of my studies … way back when!
ReplyDeleteInterestingly one of our Grandsons had it included in his lessons.
All the best Jan
