Broken Lance

Broken Lance is a 1954 western starring Spencer Tracy, Robert Wagner.Jean Peters, Richard Widmark, Hugh O'Brian, Earl Holliman, and E.G. Marshall. It's a western re-make (1880s Arizona) of the 1949 Edward G. Robinson film noir House of Strangers. They are both adapted from the same novel.

  1. One of my favorite movies. My favorite is Richard 😻 Widmark, you can't beat Spencer Tracy, and Baby Robert Wagner is just too cute. Happy Thanksgiving.

    1. So young, yes! Sometimes I look at these actors and say, "They look 12!" lol

      That was the arrangement on our sideboard a coupla years back, and I like how the photo turned out :)

  8. Looks very familiar--it was the seeing Spencer as a cowboy--even if I don't remember a lot of the plot.
