Viking Wolf (Netflix) is a 2022 Norwegian horror/thriller film about a teenage girl who is bitten by a werewolf. It got mixed reviews. I liked it but probably won't watch it again.

DeleteOver the past week when it was raining a lot, we tried to find a movie to watch. 3 days in a row, we watched horrible movies. Are there no good movies anymore? We too have reverted to some of the old ones. Those seem to be a lot better than the most recent ones.

DeleteI usually like to watch the Scandinavian films I do come across I still am not a horror fan--lol! Even though I confess to watching The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo in both the Swedish version with subtitles (better one IMHO) and the English version. Maybe that is considered to be more a Thriller? Horror movies to me have the monsters or monster-like people in them who chase people around, you know? I do watch some pretty gruesome stuff...some awful murder mysteries--but they always get caught in the end. So satisfying. ;)
ReplyDeleteYes, I think those dragon tattoo movies are thriller and not horror. Horror is often monsters, you're right about that, but I like the monsters :)

Yeah, those are so different. If you're testing horror I wouldn't start with this one.
