The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane (Amazon Prime) is a 1976 cross-genre film directed by Nicolas Gessner and starring Jodie Foster, Martin Sheen, Alexis Smith, Mort Shuman, and Scott Jacoby. The plot focuses on 13-year-old Rynn Jacobs (Foster), a child whose absent poet father and secretive behaviours prod the suspicions of her conservative small-town neighbours, and her busy-body landlady's creepy son (Sheen). This one is worth watching, though because there are sooo many movies I probably won't ever watch it again.

ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteI remember seeing this long ago when it came out on television late at night. Remember when the adult themed shows came on after the late news? Was because of creepy Sheen coming after her. I wouldn't watch it again. It wasn't that great, but it was memorable. I don't remember that many movies from that long ago--lol! ;) So glad to see you back posting!!!
