Double Crossbones is a 1951 comedy/adventure/pirate movie starring Donald O'Connor, Helena Carter, and Will Geer. It's just an hour and 15 minutes long. I watched it during lunch one day and enjoyed it.

I'll try to watch it during my lunch tomorrow, when the hubby is at work and I don't have him talking to me so much. Smile!
ReplyDeleteHere I'm the one who talks through movies lol
Delete...pirates aren't my favorites.
ReplyDeleteComedies are different. I don't like the comic pirate movies as much as I do the more serious ones.
DeleteI will watch this while I walk on the treadmill today. LOL
ReplyDeleteWe're thinking about getting a treadmill once my husband retires. We think we'd get a lot of use out of one.
DeleteAnother one I think I have seen. There's something about Donald O'Conner that I always liked. Just seems like a kind, sweet soul no matter what he played. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree about Donald O'Conner. I like him as much now as I did when I was a child, and comedy's not my favorite genre.
DeleteThanks for sharing, but I don't think I want to watch it. Have a great week, Valerie
ReplyDeleteSilliness ;) Sometimes I'm in the mood for silliness.
DeleteI really enjoyed this movie. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad :)
DeleteI love Donald O'Connor. this sounds fun!
ReplyDeleteI think he's fun to watch.
DeleteHow is it I missed this? Maybe I'll plan on a double feature with a mystery and a bit of silliness.
ReplyDeleteNow, there's a plan :)
