Flowering Trees


I saw this tree flowering at The Grandmother's apartment building and stopped one day to take its picture. It's nice to begin to see Spring arriving.

    Our trees won't flower for at least a month up here in the Cleveland area.

    Pretty. Lots of our trees are flowering and it feels like spring may not be far off.

    That is just lovely. We are in spring-winter season. This means the sun actually comes up during the day, but it´s still cold. Last night -20 C (-4 F). I´m not likely to see our first flowering tree until well into June. (sigh)

    darla, yes the highs here the last couple of days have been in the 50s, so it feels like i can at least see spring from here.

    oh, viktoria, i would miss the sun if it disappeared for that long. i miss it on cloudy days lol. we're having colder temps than usual here this month; i think temps at this same time last year were in the 60s. we hardly ever get temps below 0F here. i can't remember the last time.
