Wolf River Greenway

This section of the Wolf River Greenway connects the Germantown section with the arboretum loop. There is one vehicle entrance with parking and a couple of bike/pedestrian access points close to the street. This is the view from the parking lot:

There are several interpretive signs along the trail:

The flowers across from the pond were lovely:

The trail is easily accessed and easy to walk:

The plan is to extend the Greenway along the Wolf River all the way to the Mississippi River, which will be wonderful.

  1. Such lovely photos. I am borrowing a couple from you to try out two new green watercolours I bought the other day, as I have very little green outside (still!) to practice on. Hope that´s ok. :-D

    1. Yes :) I'm flattered that you might find them useful. There's nothing like springtime to remind me of how many shades of green there are lol

  2. I always stop and read the signs. Even if I don't learn something it is interesting to see what the park sees as important.

    1. Yes, and I usually learn something. I'm finding out now that my history of reading all the signs aloud to the kids in every venue we visited is not considered one of my more endearing traits ;)
