Cosmic Voyage

Cosmic Voyage is a 1936 silent Soviet science fiction film combining politics, adventure, and a trip to the moon. Set 10 years in the future, it's sad sometimes to see how far we haven't come in the many decades since.

    I had to watch on YouTube because it was blocked on your blog. Reminds me of some of the ideas the Soviets had in the early days of space travel where infighting between the various CCCP (USSR) leaders was prevalent. I really enjoyed this though.

      It's odd when they allow embedding but don't allow viewing except at Youtube. That kinda defeats the whole point of embedding *sigh*. I'm glad you clicked through and that you enjoyed it. It contained such varied elements :)
