HorrorNews.net has screen shots, a plot summary, and concludes, "A top contender for becoming a classic, Carved is a story that adds a new mythos into the horror arena. Creepy and smart, Carved is a winner!" Bloody Good Horror calls it "a surprisingly competent flick."
I'm off to watch this now. Abuse by any name can never be glorified. I hope the horror is about the mother of an abused child. Thanks for the links.
ReplyDeleteI don't generally care for stories that have child endangerment as a major feature, but this was an interesting film -especially because I like the ones where there's a real-world connection. I hope you liked it :)
DeleteI'm going to watch this tomorrow since tonight I am fading fast. It's been a busy day. Hope you're having a good weekend. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteI hope you find it interesting. I'm a fan of Japanese and Korean horror films.
DeleteEyes haven't been up to subtitles. Heart is not up to child abuse at the moment, either. ;)
ReplyDeleteI have trouble getting past child-in-danger plots, too. I didn't realize until I was already in the movie.
