One of the networks recently had Scrooge on as a Christmas show. Once I get my new computer, I may have to check this one out, since I had NO idea the book was turned into a film that long ago.
ReplyDeleteI think this is the earliest known film adaptation. It's incomplete, in the way that parts of old films and eben entire old films get lost, but what's there is about 6 minutes long. I think it's remarkable in how they get the story across in such a short and silent film.
