A Christmas Carol (1923)
This 1923 adaptation of A Christmas Carol is a 27-minute British production. I found it online at this page but couldn't figure out any way to embed it in this post.

I've enjoyed all your Christmas Carol posts! Who knew there was that many. Have a wonderful Christmas weekend! :) Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteI'm amazed at how many there have been. Something for everyone, I imagine :) I'm glad you enjoyed them. Merry Christmas!
DeleteThe good news is, I could see the image today. The bad news is, when I went to the site, a pop-up box wouldn't go away unless I either downloaded or watched. Like Erika, I'm surprised at how many of these interpretations there were.
ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic Christmas, as I'm sure you'll be sharing it with your family (children).
I found the screenshot online, since I couldn't get the video to embed. As it happens, I'm having trouble with that site this morning as I check it out :( I'm surprised that one isn't readily available, being from 1923. Odd, how some of them are effectively lost to us while remaining technically available.
DeleteOur kids are grown now, but they are planning on being here sometime during the day. We're having a very low-key and flexible celebration. Merry Christmas!
