42 is the name of a Doctor Who episode. According to Wikipedia,
The title of the episode was chosen as an homage to the Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, written by Douglas Adams. Adams was a writer and script editor for Doctor Who in the late 1970s.
BURN with me!
ReplyDeleteSome of these episodes are powerful!
DeleteI don't recognize this title. Nor the photo. I shall go look it up to see if I can recognize the episode. There's been so many Dr. Who's as we've seen them all the way back to the early 1960's. This is not one of those as its in color. Happy FRiday!
ReplyDeleteYes, this is one of the modern ones. There are so many years of Doctor Who :)
Delete...an important answer.
ReplyDeleteIndeed
DeleteHow wonderful. I wish I still got Dr. Who. I miss it. And adding the 42 (episode) is so YOU, dear.
ReplyDeleteWe bought DVDs back in the day lol and now we can see some on HBO Max. We don't tend to re-watch them very often. I'm looking forward to seeing who the next Doctor will be.

DeleteThis looks really good. Thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteThis is a good episode.
DeleteI haven't seen Doctor Who in ages. I need to check it out one of these days!
ReplyDeleteWe went so long with no access at all. I'm glad they're more available now.
DeleteI'm probably one of the few people who has never seen Dr. Who.
ReplyDeleteI started watching when PBS carried them, back in the 4th Doctor days.
DeleteGreat blog
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteAlways worth watching! Valerie
ReplyDeleteA lot of fun to be had in the Doctor Who stories.
DeleteI wanted to order "Dr. Who" as DVD. Classic or new one, can you - did I ask you before, can you give a tip? I didn´t grow up with that.
ReplyDeleteI grew up with Tom Sellek´s "Magnum" and now they launch a new one - I simply refuse to see that (I´m old and no one can replace Tom Sellek!).
My favorite Doctor was the 4th one, because that's the first one I saw. These days I'd suggest starting with the modern ones, maybe even with Eccleston who was the first of the modern Doctors:
