They are interesting pieces for sure. I thought the picnic table might have been the way it was for wheelchairs, but it can't be since it is up on that platform. Maybe they are one of those unclear art installations. If you find out let us know. But I will say it does look like a nice place to walk. Hugs-Erika
Because this blog does not consist of a single focus topic I chose the name Divers and Sundry where "Divers" means being of many and various kinds, and "Sundry" means consisting of a haphazard assortment of different kinds.
Maybe the builders were expecting a flood, or maybe they wanted to keep old folks away. Either way, they are certainly NOT user or disabled friendly.
