The Producers

This is the older one starring Gene Wilder (a favorite of mine in this as well as in Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Blazing Saddles, The Little Prince and Young Frankenstein) and Zero Mostel (whom I loved in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum).

This movie was #1 Son's idea, because #2 Son had never seen it. It had been years since the rest of us had watched it, so we all liked the choice. #2 Son thought it lost something in the second half and thought the first half was much funnier, and we tend to agree with him there.
