Martha's Menu
We went through Corinth, MS, on our way to the state park on our recent vacation, and we stopped at Martha's Menu for lunch. We were warmly greeted and asked to seat ourselves
We looked at the menu,
but were encouraged to select one of the daily specials, so I had the fried chicken:
Delicious! I'm glad we came across it. Corinth is only 1 1/2 hours away, and there are several museums there. I'll have to go back sometime.
Please join the T is for Tuesday blogger gathering hosted by Bleubeard and Elizabeth and share a drink with us.

ReplyDeletehappy t-day!
I've been dying for some fried chicken. Now I'm hungry! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThose prices must have felt like a dream to you. I checked out the menu and if I could get a cheese omelet at that price in Wichita, I would think I'd died and went to heaven. And a chicken dinner was so reasonable, I was in total awe. Thanks for sharing Martha's Menu, the actual menu, and your drinks with us for T this Tuesday. I'm in fried food heaven.
ReplyDeleteYummy, that food looks good, and the prices are really reasonable, glad you had such an enjoyable trip. Happy T Day, hugs, Valerie

looks like a very peaceful calm place
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious. It doesn't look like anything our Yankee restaurants would serve either. What is the "pancake" looking bread like item? I love trying regional foods and eating more local when I am away so I would have enjoyed this also. :) happy T day. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteThat's cornbread! I was surprised, as I'd never had cornbread served that way. It was good, though.
DeleteI was going to ask about the "pancake," too. :)
DeleteGlad you had such an enjoyable dinner! Happy Belated T Day.
I only recognize the chicken--LOL! Looks like a lovely place, though. :)
ReplyDeleteThe others: green beans, corn, broccoli with cheese, and cornbread. It was a good place to eat, bright and cheery, with good food :)
DeleteAll looks good! Even if I didn't recognize things at first. ;)
DeleteYep, those plate lunches sometimes blend together a bit ;)
Deletelunch looks very yummy...and a great addition to a day at the park or museum!
