Summer Solstice


Sunset over the Mississippi River.


It was such a beautiful day, and there were many people down on the river. These pictures were taken on the Solstice, but it took me a few days to get around to posting them

    Great shots and for some reason the Mississippi calls me. I saw it when I was in New Orleans, but I want to explore it more. Maybe Twain has something to do with that.

      thx :) . they don't call it the mighty mississippi for nothin'. it's soooo long! there's plenty to explore. i'd love to take a riverboat cruise from memphis to new orleans. maybe someday.
