Today I did Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2, which was a challenge for me. A 60-second clip can be viewed here. I could do most of it and like it well enough to use regularly. I hope to do some kind of weight training 2x a week.
Because this blog does not consist of a single focus topic I chose the name Divers and Sundry where "Divers" means being of many and various kinds, and "Sundry" means consisting of a haphazard assortment of different kinds.
