In-Home Walking
We overslept this morning and didn't have time to walk at the park before our first appointments elsewhere, so I did Leslie Sansone's 4-mile walk. This took an hour and includes warm-up, cool-down and some stretching. This will be perfect for those days when it's pouring down rain or there's ice on the ground. It's easy to do, but I worked up a sweat.
