Dehydration is a Bad Thing
I didn't drink enough water before I left the house this morning and could really tell it by the 4th lap. We walked the 3 1/4 miles in 50 minutes 33 seconds, which I felt wasn't bad, considering. I had a glass of water, a bowl of raisin bran and a cup of suisse mocha when I got home and felt much better. I didn't do a great job of stretching after the walk, but nothing's perfect.
