Aunt Dimity's Death

Aunt Dimity's Death, by Nancy Atherton, was a delightful read. It held my attention completely while having no gore whatsoever. A "cozy" -I think that's what they call this kind of mystery. It's actually more of a ghost story, it seems to me. This is the first in a series centered around Aunt Dimity. I read it because it's on the list of best mysteries of the century put out by the Independent Mystery Booksellers Association.
