Tarzan and the Golden Lion


Tarzan and the Golden Lion is the 1927 film adaptation of the 1922 Edgar Rice Burroughs novel with the same title. The film stars James Pierce as Tarzan and features Boris Karloff as a tribal villain.

    I always think of my father-in-law when I think of Tarzan. He loved those movies. They look like fun films...and I love looking at old films to see how the world has changed. Hope you are having a great weekend. hugs-Erika

      It always feels strange to me to see anybody but Weissmuller as Tarzan, but it's always interesting to see how different actors interpreted the role.

      My husband read the books and is good about telling me how much each interpretation differs and how. It's an interesting character.
