These are all beyond my body's abilities anymore--but you go, girl!! :)
ReplyDeleteI adapt freely. I'm glad that I'll be able to use a chair when I get to that point and keep doing yoga at a level suited to my lessening abilities. The older I get, the more appreciative I am of yoga's openness to adaptation.
