Oasis Steakhouse
While we were on vacation we went into nearby Winchester, TN, and had lunch at Oasis Steakhouse. We enjoy going to local restaurants, and this was a good choice. Good food, good service, reasonable prices. We'd definitely be regulars if we lived around there.
You see all the lemon in my unsweetened iced tea? That's evidence that I like lemon but that The Husband and The Younger Son do not. When the wait person brings lemon I get all the benefit! Yummmmm.
Please share a drink of your choosing with us at the weekly T Stands for Tuesday blogger gathering hosted by Bleubeard and Elizabeth.

Your lunch looks yummy! I enjoyed looking at the link you included to The Oasis Steakhouse Facebook page too and all that delicious looking food is making me so hungry ... lol 😉. Nice to get all the lemon for your iced tea, delicious! Wishing you a Happy T Tuesday! J 😊
ReplyDeleteI've had that happen with lemons before too. But they do make unsweetened ice tea really taste good. (I like mine plain with lemon also). And I think some steak and a baked potato would taste good for dinner tonight. I haven't had one for awhile and yours looks so delicious. Yup, I think you made a good choice too, not that you need my opinion for approval. :)Happy T day and Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteoh my, mouth watering!! happy t-day!
ReplyDeleteThis looks fantastic. I love lemon, too. Happy T day, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteFabulous place. My favorite Summer drink is an Arnold Palmer, half lemonade and half iced tea.
ReplyDeleteWell that meal looks fantastic to me too!!! Too bad they are not closer to you so you could enjoy it more often :)
ReplyDeleteFor a vegetarian, this meal looks good enough to eat. I swear, I might even be tempted to order one of those steaks, too. When Sally and I get water, if they give her lemon (sometimes she tells them no lemon), I get it. I can understand how much you like lemon with your tea, because I do, too.
ReplyDeleteThat steakhouse looks nice, clean, and homey. Thanks for sharing your trip to the Oasis with us for T this Tuesday.
Sorry I was late, but I was having mouse problems (not the rodent kind, the computer kind).
So you get all the lemons, D? My hubby doesn't like veggies or salad, so I get double helpings of those - lol.
ReplyDeleteHappy T-Day! Hugs, Eileen
Your meal looked delicious and a good bonus that you get the extra slices of lemon for your iced tea.
ReplyDeleteHappy T day.

It is always fun to see the new eateries you discover. I too like lemon a lot. In fact given a choice between a lemon or a chocolate dessert I usually chose lemon.
ReplyDeleteYes, lemon is very good with iced tea. Unfortunately here unsweetened ice tea is not available. But I do make it at home every day. We have mint tea for breakfast and what is left in the pot I dilute and put in a bottle to drink later int he day when it has cooled sufficiently. Yum.
ReplyDeleteBelated happy T-Day,
Lisca
It's good to go away and find a restaurant that you are happy with! Not a fan of iced tea but love coffee milkshakes! Belated happy T Day! Chrisx
