Cocoon

Cocoon is a sf tale about a group of retirees who find a new lease on life as a result of an encounter with aliens. The movie is directed by Ron Howard and stars Wilford Brimley, Jack Gilford (loved as Hysterium in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum), Maureen Stapleton, Jessica Tandy, Brian Dennehy, Don Ameche and others.
