The Guardian has a positive review. Roger Ebert says, "Hitchcock considered this to be "the first true 'Hitchcock movie.'"" Rotten Tomatoes has a 95% critics score.
I knew nothing about Jack the Ripper until I read a story one year for the art reading club entry. Now I love anything I can find on him. Thanks for finding this and sharing.
Because this blog does not consist of a single focus topic I chose the name Divers and Sundry where "Divers" means being of many and various kinds, and "Sundry" means consisting of a haphazard assortment of different kinds.
